It's official
We start IVF in April! We're dealing with male factor IF and according to DH's urologist, it's unexplained. He does have a varicocele but doctor said not big enough to have that kind of impact on SA (his first SA was zero, 2nd SA was 1 million, 20% motility, 1% morphology). His testosterone levels were really low when he did both SA, and they've increased substantially since then due to acupuncture and TCM. So now we're moving on to IVF. We're going to orientation at RS of NY tonight, and hopefully that will fill me in on the questions I have. Any tips or advice are welcome!

good luck Like I said, we had similiar issues so let me know if you have any questions! at this point the best you can both do is be extremely healthy & the acupuncture (I personally believe) works wonders.
