repeat B/W
did you have to repeat any of your bloodwork/tests after a year? Now that I am moving on to IVF, I have to repeat all of my bloodwork and tests that they ran when I first started with this clinic last March. It just doesn't make much sense to me, thank god they aren't making me do the HSG again, that was torture!!!

i guess in a year some things can change, so maybe they want to check? i guess it cant hurt..unless you have to pay out of pocket..then that would stink!

Re: repeat B/W
I am just starting my first IVF cycle also and I had to go in for CD2/3 blood work again cause I also had mine done a year ago too. I wasn't sure why they were making me do this again either but I just went... I guess it's standard?! I now have to have a water sono and a few other things before starting the injections... But like you I am so thrilled that I do not have to go thru the HSG again... That was horrible for me as well!!
Seems like we are going thru a lot of these things at a similar time! Is this your first IVF cycle? GL!

Re: repeat B/W
yeah, usually CD2 or 3 (always at start of cycle) but only repeating tests that are done annually to begin with like pap and STD's and HIV stuff. Genetic testing doesn't need to be repeated. SA usually are repeated if a year to 18mths have gone by (depending on RE's).

No, I am not talking about cd 3 bloodwork, they are re-doing the STD blood work. They told me it expires every year!!! I mean come on!!! I am not sleeping around and at this rate, DH and I are barely sleeping with each other!!!lol
