Those who have been to Victoria and Alberts..
What did you wear? Is a black cocktail dress too dressy? Did your DH wear a suit or pants and a jacket?

i haven't been there but i know a black cocktail dress is perfect. for your dh i think a suit would be more appropriate. they're really strict there

I wore a black cocktail dress, DH wore a suit. We didn't feel overdressed. It felt appropriate for the atmosphere. I didn't feel weird until I got on the monorail to get back to our hotel.

I wore a dark blue cocktail dress and DH wore his suit. We were not out of place at all in the restaurant. However, we were a little out of place on the bus going there!

We've only done Chef's Table and neither time did DH wear a suit. I believe both times it was khakis, a blue blazer and penny loafers.
Both times I wore summer dresses with cardigans.
