2-3 but i also walk about 10-15 miles a week around the city. I also climb the 19 floors to my apartment 3-4 days a week.

6 usually, but some weeks its 7. And I do my cardio outside. I'm kinda crazy though.

I try and do 5 days, but its not always at the gym. I might run outside for 3 miles on 2 of the 5 days.
But I always try do get atleast 5 days of intense exercise in whenever I can

I don't go to the gym, but I exercise 3-4 times per week. I aim for 3. If I get to 4 that is a bonus!
