my uggs
So I sent my black classic tall uggs back to uggs for "evaluation". My left shoe got a hole in the big toe area. So procedure is you send them back, they receive them and have 15 days to evaluate and action. I'm so bummed. This definitely shouldn't have happened and hopefully is deemed as a defect. My toenails are not long in any shape or form so idk. . . I'll keep you all posted.

i had the same problem and they sent me new ones. i actually had the classic short and paid the difference so i could get the tall ones.
