TMI question about AF
Where do you draw the line between a normal, heavy AF and an abnormally heavy AF?
And do clumps or clots during AF have anything to do with having a clotting disorder? Sorry if that's a stupid question.

Re: TMI question about AF
I think bleeding through a tampon or pad every hour is considered abnormally heavy
Clots are normal....its your lining

Re: TMI question about AF
From the queen of abnormal AF (I once had a bleed for 90 days STRAIGHT) tampons are not a good guide. If you use a regular maxipad and bleed through it within an hour, that is abnormally heavy. As to clots...I typically get them...some months are worse than others...failed IVF cycles seem to be the worst as my nice pretty lining that they had been building up for me during the cycle breaks down.
