Babies, babies everywhere but none for me
My sister who, complained through every day of her pg about being pg gave birth today to a little girl. I am very excited about my niece but it is my sister's 3rd child and she never ever even had to use an OPK Plus it is very bittersweet for me b/c I have been trying for #2 for 2 years and my sister was DONE after 2, decided she wanted #3 and bam was pg 2 weeks later. On top of that, if my first ivf had worked I would have been the one having a Feb baby.
Then, I found out Friday my step-sister is pg. Her due date is 2 days before mine would have been for the baby I lost in Jan.  Please God at least let me be pg by August or its going to be really terrible for me.

I think along the same lines as you. It is not good for your health to "measure" yourself against other people and their progress. It can really make you insane. Your time will come one day soon!

I have spent years doing the same thing and I can't even get excited about this pregnancy since I'm worried the same thing will happen.

Oh Amanda, I know exactly how you feel. I've been doing it for years, too, like Gerty said. So many of my friends' babies have been born since mine would have been, I can't even keep track anymore. It's an awful feeling and I'm sorry it's in the forefront for you.

I think we all think this way. I have friends who went off the pill in January and are already pregnant. It's so tough!

i know how you feel- we've been ttc #2 for 14 months now and it's so frustrating when family members easily move on to #2 and #3...

I know how you feel though.....my little sister is giving birth next month and my best friend is giving birth the following month.

I don't post on here often but I just had to give you some hugs. I know how hard this is and how cr appy you are feeling.
We have been trying for #2 for 2 years. It has been the hardest 2 years.
I have my sister who blinks and gets prego and now I have 2 friends and a few cousins who are pregnant too. Everytime I hear the news it feels like my heart is being ripped out.
