I Joined WW
Well I did it, I joined yesterday, today was my first official day. I woke up early went to the supermarket bought all fat free/lowfat stuff and also went to the join the gym today. I have to tell you I feel really good about this.
When I stepped on that scale at WW and she handed me the book and I took a peek at my wieght I nearly cried, but I stopped myself b/c that is why I was there it was the first step. I go the the one in Wantagh (sp) anyone else??

Thank You..... I went to the gym today and my body is killing me, I walked around the indoor track 3 times then did the bike for 25 mins. My body is NOT used to excercise (I hate it) but I have to do it. I go Sunday to see how much I lost, the only thing I am afraid of is I don't see results I might give up and I don't want to, I have to keep it up..

I live right by there but don't physically go to the meetings. WW's really works if you follow it.....just stick with it 
I try to do workouts I enjoy like going for walks at Jones Beach with a friend.....makes it feel less like "work".
