A book recommendation from DH for runners
I bought this book for him for Xmas because he had it on his amazon wishlist - Chi Running by Dan Dreyer. He really is into it and is going to go to one of his workshops. He is so cute - he rarely acknowledges LIF, but he hears me talking about the ladies who run on here - he said all of you should read it, including new runners....
