fingerprinting/certification
If you are applying for your professional certificates (finished your masters, etc.)...do you need to get re-fingerprinted?
I don't want to do this and pay for it if I don't have to
any info would be great!

Once you have been fingerprinted you are good. The school you are hired by contacts OSPRA to ensure you are cleared to work.
