How much do houses go on the North Fork?

I have always wanted to buy a summer home out east, around the Greenport area. Does anyone know what houses around there go for? Thanks!

There is a huge price range depending on the town, how close you are to the water, how big is the house and the property, etc.

My family has a house in Orient Point. We are planning on renting it for the summer. It is 3 bdrms/ 2 bath with an inground pool and beach rights. FM me if you are interested.

Really depends. There is a HUGE range. My parents house is in Orient Point and is on the high end but then down the block you can get a house in the 400's or less.

Kvsgirl..thanks for the offer, but I'm not talking about anytime soon and when we are ready, after kids come along and we are done having them, then I'm hoping to buy a home out there. Thanksso much though!

On MLSLI $299k is the cheapest for a house in Greenport.

Danielle and I were just out there this past weekend and went to a bunch of vineyards between riverhead and greenport. There are tons of homes for sale in that area...Along route 25....

I would avoid some sections out here I would also avoid anything on 25 or 48.
