I don't really see him looking so bad in that pic. Granted its a mugshot of him... but he sort of looks "normal".
He isn't incredibly fat in the face... OR incredibly pale and thin. He sort of looks healthy.

He actually looks a lot more normal in that pic than when I saw footage of him on VH1 the 80's... he had stripes that looked like they were melting on his head
