Has anyone's DH ever had a varicocele?

Has anyone's DH ever had a varicocele?
My DH was just told today by the urologist that he has a varicocele in both testes. Just wondering if anyone's DH has gone through this, and what the Dr.'s have done for it regarding their fertility. Thanks!

Yes. my DH has varicocele, but it isn't severe. We are dealing with MF issues but unrelated to varicocele.

My Dh has one. We had to do IVF because of my FSH, so it really didn't make a difference that he had a varicocele.
We did IVF with ICSI.

YEs, DH has vericocele. We have mild MF. We go back and forth about the surgery for it, but now are thinking not to do it. He also started Fertilaid for Men and I think that's helped a little too.
