I say it to DH several times a day because I do love him and if anything ever happened, I want to know that those were the last words said.

If you truly love someone I don't think it will ever lose it's meaning. a couple should say it as often as they like.
Exactly my thoughts.
Same here. Although I understand what you mean - for us it means the same each and every time.

DH and I tell eachother several times a day, especially when we leave for work in the morning and before we go to sleep at night. I think you should tell the ones you love often, it doesn't make it any less special and God forbid it's the last time you see each other, your last words will have been "I love you". Something so special should not be rationed, it should be said freely and often.

hey MVP.
IMO-I say it all the time because I mean what I say. Of course there ate times that I feel it more than others. But I say it because I wantd my DH & my family & friends to know I love them because you never know when that last "I Love You" will be.
I SECOND THAT!!!
