Nintendo Wii and Wii Fit
Do any of you ladies have Nintendo Wii or Wii Fit? I really want to get it and wonder what your experience is with it. TIA

Re: Nintendo Wii and Wii Fit
Are you using it to lose weight, or just to tone up? For either one, is it working? TIA :)

Re: Nintendo Wii and Wii Fit
I'll be honest - if you are in pretty good shape it's not going to do all that much for you in my opinion. I need to much work harder than the Wii to maintain my fitness.
That being said it is definitely a lot of fun and better than sitting on the couch all day! It depends on what you are looking for

Re: Nintendo Wii and Wii Fit
With the Wii Fit, I think it's a decent warmup/workout...I would recommend the game called My Fitness Trainer for when you want to bump it up a level because they customize the workouts to you and your equipment..I don't think any physical activity can hurt and I feel better after doing it...I love it!

Re: Nintendo Wii and Wii Fit
Thanks for the info. I really want Wii for the fun-aspect of it, but would like the Fit to do some kind of physical activity while at home.

i think that the wii fit is the best invention. i'm not a person who likes to work out but i'm on the fit every day doing fun stuff and i'm losing weight. its just awesome. i highly recommend it.

I agree with azad...BUT I do like the yoga - since I know really little about it.

Re: Nintendo Wii and Wii Fit
Sounds like it's worth it! Do you find you are more motivated to use it since you have it at home? That's my thinking lol

I hate video games but I love this. I can do it for over an hour because I like doing everything and seeing If I can beat my last score. Its definitely worth it. I hope dh gets me one for mothers day!
