I did it!
Weight Watchers is working!! I lost 3lbs in one week!
And the great thing is.. I really don't feel like I have denied myself of anything.
Its amazing how just measuring and keeping track of what you are eating does the trick!
And I've only been running for 1/2 hour every day (give or take 2 missed days.) Not the hour long work outs I'm used to...

I didn't even join WW. My sister, mother & SIL were all on WW at one time in their life and I watched them MELT away... They've all explained the philosophy to me and I found this calculator
I also have an old points book that I reference.
Let's see how well I do in week 2... Cause I am an AVID biggest loser watcher and I knoooooooow how tough week 2 can be.
It's addicting though... Knowing it works will make me REALLY stick to it.
BEST THING? I still can have my pizza on Fridays! wooo hooo
