Not sure if I should just take a break..
I had a unsuccesful iui after my chemical pg. Last month I started the injectables later than usual as my lining was thick at CD3 sono. I went twice more, but the lining never went past a 7.
They let me start the meds since the blood work came back ok, I had the iui and it was negative.
I went this morning for CD3 sono and again my lining was thick. I was even asked if I was having a true AF. Um, with me bleeding all over myself, and the table, I'm thinking this was the real thing (sorry for the tmi).
I will most likely have to repeat the sono tomorrow and they'll take it from there. They also found a small cyst on my left ovary.
I'm just wondering if it's worth skipping a month. I'm not even sure that would make a difference in my lining if I took a rest from the meds for a month. I haven't spoken to the nurse or Dr. Brenner about this yet, I'm going to wait until Monday.
Just wondering if anyone has had this happen to them, or if you think that taking a month off would even matter.

Sorry, I'm still new new at this to give you advice....but just wanted to say that I hope the dr gives you some good advice on Monday.

I would talk to Dr. Brenner, but it might not be a bad idea to take a month off. Only because the meds might be making your lining stay thicker....

I'm not sure about the lining, but DH and I just decided to take a 1-2 month break after 3 failed IUIs. I think its a good idea, it may be hard, but I feel like its good to give my body a rest and us a rest from drs. But you have to be comfortable with it - definitely talk to your dr. I think part of why I'm ok with a break is b/c I met with the doc and went over the plan for when we do meet back up. Good luck with whatever you decide.

This is what I was thinking as well.
Of course today it went from the 9 (I got it wrong) it was yesterday to 3.5 today.
I'm going to to one more cycle and then I think I'm done.
