How's the Zone diet??
Has anyone done that... I guess I will not try the nutri system I was scared of by the reviews ...

A close friend of mine did it for two months and had great results. She needed to lose 10lbs and that's just what she did.
The food looks great. From what I could tell that diet is really about portion control and balanced snacks. I feel that you could make that stuff on your own...however they just make it much easier for you.
I think it was about $1200/month and she said the food tasted good.

Originally, there was no delivery service, you just read the book and did it on your own. At first it's a bit confusing, but after a week, it's pretty easy. It's mostly about being sure you get a balanced amount of protein, fat and carb in each serving. Most people eat too much carb and NOT enough fat.
I like the diet, it made me rethink how I ate. Good luck.
