When is the cheapest time to go to Vegas?
I was wondering if anyone had any idea when it would be the chepest or when you will get the best deals to go to Vegas regarding air flights and hotels? Like is going in the summer cheaper then going in say October or December?

I've always gone either during February break, Easter recess in March/April, or the last week in June and don't remember any considerable differences in price (and this is over a span of 5 yrs or so also). I did look into going a while back in October, and was surprised at how high the airfare was, but it really all depends. You'll most likely always find a good deal at some hotels on the strip. I think it really depends on whether or not conventions are scheduled too.

thank you i guess i should conisder holidays and school vacations andthese convnetions ... does anyone know where u can look to see when conventions are going on?

The summer and in between Thanksgiving and Christmas. We did in between Tgiving and Xmas one year and it was RIDICULOUSLY cheap and empty.. but it gets COLD.

Many conventions are held in the month of October. I had an October wedding in Vegas to go to and it was difficult to not only find a hotel room, but one with reasonable prices. I also remember the airfare being pricey as well. One of the hotels on the strip that I had called said it was because many companies have their conventions in October.
