Hair "shock"
Does anyone ever get a haircut and it feels like it takes a few days for it to settle in I swear, I feel like it probably looks normal to other people but to me it still feels weird !

I had that happen to me when I cut off about 17 inches of hair!!
Yeah, I think it was more that *I* was in shock and not so much the hair!!

Yes all the time I swear even when I just get a trim, it doesn't lay right for a day or so I blame it on hair shock as well!

Re: Hair "shock"
yup..i had it twice in the past two months.
First I chopped off a decent amount of hair..I guess about 9 inches or so and went shoulder length which is the shortest I have in about 15 years.
Then last month I went from medium brown with light brown-blonde highlites to black.
I like my hair now. I just wasn't so sure when it first was done.
