Lower abdominal pain
So on friday, i was out all day from 9a-9p, on my feet running around doing alot of errands, then yesterday i had to work im a RN so i was on my feet again from 7a-7p and i felt so sore like in my lower pubic area like i had pulled something not cramping but like a sore pain like i had some crunches so i drank water all day had the soreness on and off, went to bed soreness went away. Im working today same hours, and i had the sore pain again. I called the doctor and im waiting for a call back, but i know its not cramps and i have no bleeding, its just an annoying dull pain. Soo annoying, im just a super nervous person from losing my last pregnancy at 20 weeks. thanks for the vent.

im an lpn and work 7p-7a.. and when i work 2 days in a row i get the same kind of pains.. i think its our bodies way of saying.. SLOW DOWN!... i drink lots of water and just try and take it easy (easier said then done i know) im 14 weeks if this helps.. my dr. said it can just be your body adjusting to the growing uterus HTH! feel better!

thank you. I just spoke to the Dr on call, not very fond of her but whatever lol. She said the same thing, just take it easy and rest. Try to stay off my feet today. And drink lots of water so thats my plan.

Re: Lower abdominal pain
glad you heard from the dr. sometimes its just reasuring to hear it from them even though you already know the answer. take it easy and put your legs up when you get home have DH cater to you! hope you feel better....
also i was told by my doc. to once a day drink a bottle of 1/2 water 1/2 gatorade it will help. if you drink straight gatorade its too concentrated and can make you sick. I usually do the lemon flavor so its like drinking water with lemon!!!

Re: Lower abdominal pain
it sounds kind of like round ligament pain. they say it can either be a really sharp pain you get when you change positions fast, or a dull ache after a long day.
