TMI - ?
Is this normal?
I am currently 5weeks, 1 day.
I woke up last night at 2am with severe constipation pains. I had to walk around the house for some time to hope for some movement.

for me- yep. It was the worst early on. Major constipation!
Eat lots of fiber and drink water...thats what worked for me. However- I was told Senokot was ok to take when it got bad.

I was constipated too but It turned out to be the prenatal vitamin I was on. Could that be the case for you?

Ive been taking the same prenatal vitamin for months- the constipation only started the past few days- so I dont think that it the problem.
