Which cold medicines are we allowed to take?
I thought my nausea was FINALLY easing up but now I have a cold and it's making me throw up again.  Normally the cold wouldn't bother me too much but I can't deal with the throwing up.
Prior to being pregnant, I usually took Sudafed or Dayquil/Nyquil.

My OB said I could take regular Robitussin.
I am going to my regular doctor tomorrow though because my cold is getting worse.

Sudafed is OK, Nyquil isn't. I miss Nyquil for my colds!

It really depends on your OB. Mine said no to sudafed - but yes to benadryl. I was told to take Benadryl and plain robutussin for a cold.

what is considered not regular sudafed?
I have the sudafed PE. do you think that is ok to take?

i don't know...i would ask a pharmacist that - i was told NO initials after anything (the claritin, sudafed or zyrtec).

I was told Zyrtec was safe for my allergies, maybe it would help your cold.
