Silly question

I ate spicy food for the first time since being pregnant. I am 25 weeks and have been feeling the baby here and there (placenta position isn't helping)

A half hour after I finished dinner, baby was moving like crazy. More pronounced and much more frequent than ever. As much as I loved it, I started to worry that I shouldn't have eaten that - the change in baby's usual movements was that significant.

Am I being silly? Should I lay off spicy food? The only thing that was even spicy was chopped tomatoes mixed with a few green chiles.

TIA

Re: Silly question

I love spicy food. The only problem for me with it is that sometimes it gives me heartburn.
