A question for those with PCOS...
This may be a TMI question but for those who have this, do you also suffer from chronic yeast infections? I'm just trying to find a link and figure out what's going on with my body

the reason I was thinking is because I know many women are insulin resistent with PCOS and I know yeast also feeds off of sugars so I was wondering if that's the connection. I don't know but I'm dying for answers!

I probably get them more than most but in the past I have had chronic sinus infections and tend to get a yeast infection when the antibiotics coincided with AF. I started taking yogurt pills and that helped stave them off.
