I want to make a registry...
kind of as a check list ofr myself... and also don't you get a discount on whatevers not bought? But this is my 4th... and i don't want people to think i am asking for things.... do you think its wrong if i make a registry?

i think it is fine to make a registry.
You will get gifts anyway regardless if it is your 4th. Plus you probably need a lot of new stuff anyway, since it is indeed your 4th baby!

I agree. Even if you just do it for the discount facator. It's not like you're sending out announcements that you've registered. I always look up a name, even if they are not having a shower. They shouldn't be shocked to see you have a registry... what were they looking you up for?! I'd totally do it.
