BARKING Mad
Anyone know who we can call to complain about a neighbors 3 dogs ALWAYS barking !!!
Right now it is snowing & they have been outside barking for over an hour. Its driving us mad. They have always been a problem.
We are in Brookhaven Town. I'm not sure if we call code enforcement or the police station.

I would definitely contact the ASPCA or your local humane society. If all else fails, try animal control. Those poor babies!
