I really hope i realize what a contraction is
When i was sent to L&D from doc. office because i was having contraction during NST i didnt even feel them and even in hosp they were asking if i felt any different and i didnt. So i hope when it is truly time ill know the difference. Now all i feel is baby pushing around so hard trying to escape through my belly button. Just like if my water breaks.. hope i know the difference between leaking and discharge. LOL i figure at some point ill be so close if i dont realize it earlier that i wont be able to move.

i have those exact feelings!!
went to the doc today and they assure me i would know i difference - but - YES - every now and then i get a seriuos kick and push on my left side(feet) and it hurts!!
not like i want to feel contractions, but i would love this little boy to arrive sooner

Im so glad to know that im not the only one. He can come as early as he wants after this weekend for me. My shower is tomorrow and i dont want it to happen then. LOL

Oh you'll def. know the difference if this happens. When my water broke, I literally FELT a POP (it woke me up from my sleep) and the water came GUSHING OUT and there was no way to stop it!!  I had been told to get Depends for post-partum bleeding. Thank God I had them -- that is what I had to use until I got to the hospital. It did slow down, but never stopped dripping.
