Baby Shower Games
I am hosting a VERY small (9 ladies) baby shower in my home for a friend and was trying to think of some cute baby games.
It's been sooooooo long since I've been to a baby shower, and I am at a loss.
Anyone have any ideas?

Re: Baby Shower Games
At my shower they had:
Guess how many candies in the baby bottle.
"The word baby"...As each guest arrives, they recieve a ribbon and wear it. All through the shower, when the guests here another guest say the word "Baby", the ribbon gets stolen from them. At the end of the shower, the person with the most ribbons, gets a prize.
Word Scramble..Scramble up a bunch of "Baby" items/words..anything that has to do with a baby and have guests unscramble.
This one is gross and funny at the same time. Get a few different pieces of chocolate, melt them in the microwave and put them in different diapers. Guests have to guess what candy bar/chocolate is in the diaper.

Re: Baby Shower Games
I've done the baby word game (used safety pins or clothes pins instead of ribbon).
Also, someone had a ball of yarn with scissors passed around and everyone had to cut a piece they thought would fit around mommy to be's belly. Closest wins.
For my sis we did a How well do you know the mommy to be and asked Q's like was this pg planned, due date, baby's name (she knew she was having a boy), nursery theme, did she have morning sickness, what's big brother's middle name, etc. We gave multiple choices to give a fair shot.
I've heard of doing a blind taste (or smell) test of baby foods.
Also not really a game but it's a good time to start a baby pool while everyone is there.
The good old standby, baby shower bingo. Hand out blank bingo sheets and everyone fills in what they think she's going to get and as she opens each gift, they cross it off. This may not work so well at a small shower.
One other that I've either heard or seen on a show. It was a jack and jill shower and all the guys were given a small baby bottle filled with juice and the first one to finish sucking it through the nipple won. Not sure if ladies would want to do that one! But it was funny!
Another one never seen in person was to have a baby doll diapered and dressed and time each one to undress, change diaper and redress baby.
Okay, now I want to plan my own shower!!!
