Prenatal Yoga
Just curious where everyone is taking prenatal yoga and ow much it costs?
Sayville Fitness has a Saturday class at noon and it costs $15 to non-members. I've been taking it for about 10 weeks, just curious where other places are located

there is a place in Oyster Bay that I plan on going to soon. It costs $20 or $15 a class, depending on if you buy a package or not. I do it sometimes on my own, but I would love a regular class.

my yoga teacher said i could do reg yoga, just not on my belly and modify with what i felt comfortable with.. '
i stopped around 4-5 months though, I CANT WAIT TO GET BACK!!
