What paperwork do you have to take to the hospital?
I guess DH can fill out all the paperwork once we get to the hospital.
Is there anything we need to do beforehand?

We filled out all of our admission paperwork before going to the hospital. Check with your OB to see if they can help you with that.
After our baby was born we had to fill out paperwork for his birth certificate.

I would pre-register at the hospital you are giving birth. It takes about 20 minutes and all you need is your medical ID card and drivers license. Our hospital then gave us a piece of paper with a long number on it. That is all DH needs to check me in and it will take about 30 seconds.

I pre-registered and mailed my forms in. I'm sure there will be other items for us to fill out once I'm admitted.

My OB gave me a full packet of pre-registration paperwork that I filled out and returned to them.

I pre-registered. There was a brief form I filled out when in labor but don't ask me what was on it.  I do remember the nurses asking me lots of general questions that were added to it.

we pre registered and we filled out the forms for the birth certificate that came in the packet from the hospital.
i think we just have to fill out the cord blood info.

Most doctors give you forms to pre-register.
Just a word of advice, MAKE A COPY & take it with you. It should be one of the first few sentences you utter - "We pre-registered. Labor & Delivery!"
My husband missed Maddie's birth because she came so quickly & he was filling out paperwork down in admissions.
