Back Pain
I have been having the worst back pain. I can't sit stand or sleep. What have you been doing to get rid of your pain if you have any. I plan on getting a pre natal massage and go to the chiropractor if my Dr. Gives me the OK.

Re: Back Pain
What about prenatal yoga? Yoga helps my back tremendously normally; I'd think the prenatal probably targets the back muscles since they're a common problem area during pregnancy.

Re: Back Pain
I have the WORST upper back pain...maybe b/c I am constantly growing up there! It is so painful. I have a pillow that I use on my chair at work. I also sleep with extra pillows pushing into my back. It seems worse when I am on my feet all day or am sitting in a chair without good back support.
I take pre-natal yoga every saturday and it does help but the pain emerges as the week progresses. I may also talk to my doctor about seeing a chiropractor

Re: Back Pain
I have had back problems before I was pregnant, but now I am in so much pain. I tried everything to help with the pain, but pillows and resting doesn't do much. I am hoping to ask my doc what they recommend.
