Personalized Hershey bars for my 2nd and Mini Cheese Cakes for my first... Yummy!
Micheals arts and craft store has ideas...

for my sisters shower my mom bought a mini geranium placed in front of each persons place setting for them to take home- doubled as a nice table decoration- and everyone loved them

My mom gave out these really pretty platters.
Also - everyone got a monogrammed makeup with their initial - as their place setting.
We also filled baby bottles with jelly beans and that was at each place setting.
I'm sure there was more I just can't remember right now.

My mom got little pink bottles of lotion that were personalized, and DH and my friend made these little hersheys chocolate favors as a surprise to me since the shower wasnt a surprise

A friend did personalized baby bottles (with her son's name on it) filled with sweet tarts. It was cute and tasty too :)

My mom bought little tea kettles (which dont look so little) that say "baby is brewing" and it acts as a kitchen timer. I LOVE IT.

My mom and sis had cookies made in the shape of a baby carriage that said "Jenn's Baby Shower. They were GREAT!!!

chocolate paci lollipops.. and as centerpieces - each guest have a little vase with a gerbera daisy in it - they took them home at the end
