Where did you/ will you have Baby Shower??
So its no secret in my family that they are throwing me a baby shower. In fact, I'm trying to be involved as best I can and help my Mom and In-laws to plan it. We are having the hardest time picking a place though.
Could you recommend a place in Suffolk/ Eastern Nassau that has a private room and it not too expensive. We're looking for maybe under 30 dollars a person.

I don't know what the cost of places are, but I can tell you where I've been that was good. My shower is going to be at **** and Dora's in Massapequa. My SIL's shower was at City Cafe in Garden City and was really nice.

Mine will be at Lady Mendls in the city in early February. I will be 32 weeks.
Is Garden City too far for you? i know there are bunch of great places there. I'm not familiar with Suffolk/E Nassau. Sorry.

Mine is at Sal's Place in North Massapequa. I did not plan it, but I hear that it is not that expensive, and prety nice inside, with a private room. I think that they have a website.

Mine will be at home, just like my bridal shower was. I love home showers and highly recommend them if you have the room. me personally, i find showers in restaurants to be impersonal and you're limited on time.
I did go to a bridal shower though at the George Washington Manor and it was lovely.

i'm assuming mine will be at home, but i'm partial to the irish coffee pub. i LOVE that place (we had our wedding there).

i hope that when i have mine it will be at home. i had my bridal shower at a restaurant and its so intimidating, the time is limitied and i just didnt like it. <im shy>
i told my sis already that i'd rather have a smaller shower at my moms house. it just makes it more cozier and you have all the time in the world - just my opinion of course ;)

I had mine at a recreation center in Peeksill. It was very nice. It was in my aunt's complex so she got a deal on the room.
