Fresh Grated Parm
Can we have this? I was putting it on my pasta last night and as I'm eating and reading the ingrediants I noticed it didn't say "pasturizied" It's such a small amount we put on pasta anyway... not sure if it's really bad or not. Anyone know?

I thought in one of the books i read that this should be part of your diet so I would say it's fine.

Fresm Parm is fine, you just have to keep an eye out for unpasteurized soft cheeses.
