Baby Furniture
When did you order your furniture? How long was the wait? Where did you order it from? Which places have the best quality/prices? Feeling overwhelmed! Thanks!

We ordered from Behr's in Massapequa. I ordered the Generation Next crib from Baby's Dream. They had the best price, and were $300 less than the next closest competitor. The crib came in 9 weeks, but they told us to plan for 12 - 16 weeks for delivery. The delivery time is set by the company, not the store.
We chose Baby's Dream b/c of the quality of the construction. It was the sturdiest crib we looked at (and we looked at many...)

We bought Stanley furniture from Behr's in Massapequa - They said plan for at least 12 weeks, possibly 16 - but it came in about 2 weeks ago, and we only ordered it right before thanksgiving -
I don't know about the pricing b/c I didn't really shop around to be honest w/ you -

Got from BRU (wendy bellismo).. soo much trouble.. Crib was recalled for parts, BRUs was no help at all!! Finally got the new parts from basset company.. one day found the leg was bent and about to collapse (found by accident, climbing under crib to get paci). Then had to fight with BRUs to take back the crib... (huge ordeal).. just to have the manager after finally taking back crib tell me that wendy bellismo is a horrible company and would never recommend their products (gee thanks). They would only give me store credit.. so bought Baby Italia from them.. love this crib very strong and sturdy!! But if I had to do all over again.. I would go to Buy Buy Baby, heard good things about their furniture.
We went and looked at Behrs in mass. before BRUs, but couldnt get a rep to help us (thinking b/c dh and I look young).

We got a Bonavita (Peyton) crib and dresser from BBB. They are actually starting to carry the line we wanted so they had it in stock.

we ordered out set, minus the bassinet from BRU. We had no problems and love the set. They said it would take up to two weeks to come in and it came in about a week. I'm using the bassinet my mom used for me and my brother, she's just redoing it for me
