No appetite
I am forcing myself to keep eating little snacks throughout the day. I have no real appetite and can't get down more than a mouthful or 2 of food at a time without feeling completely sick and full.
I want to be sure I'm getting enough of what I need, but it's hard to eat!
I'm drinking plenty of water - I'm on my second 33 oz bottle for the day.
What should I do about the eating and lack of appetite?

Eat what you can when you can!! Don't worry- the baby takes all the nutrients it needs before you get em

I just posted the same thing yesterday!
I think you and I are about the same amount of weeks long (VERY early)
I have no appetite for anything. I have to carry things around with me just so I can remind myself to put something in my stomach.
