So I cannot go to the store (bed rest) and am trying my best to fill my registry......but half the things I need are out of stock. I cannot register for really $$$$ things and so I feel frustrated cause that's all they have left in stock. All I want is a crib mattress 
Sorry - just needed to get that out.

I would wait a couple of weeks. All retail stores are emptying their inventories in the beginning of January. I would try again in 2 weeks, they will get new stuff and such.
Its not BRU, its the entire retail industry. Its inventory time for everyone.

Did you check Buy Buy Baby.. you can always open a registry with them online too.. and put some items on that registry. Plus you get a nice little gift for registering with them.

I added a bunch of stuff online that was out of stock. It became in stock and then goes out of stock again. I wouldn't let the out of stock thing deter you. If it is a popular item, I'm sure they will restock it.
