Usually within a week.
Most doctors do not call unless you did NOT pass.

I was told the results would be back within 3 days, but they would only call if I failed. I got my hopes up since almost a week had passed and I hadn't heard anything. Except nobody told me my Dr. was on vacation that week, so I got that dreaded phone call a week later.
I got the results of my 3 hour the next day.

I took the test on a Sat morning...had a Dr's appt on Tues and Dr confirmed results were fine.
