If you vomit immediately after taking your prenatal vitamin, do you take another one?

The key with a lot of prenatal vitamins is to take it before bed....that way you sleep through the nausea. Also, some girls on here are on PrimaCare one (like myself) ---and although their formula recently changed, most of us haven't had any issues with nausea/vomiting from that particular brand. It may be worth a shot???

But, to answer your question, unless you see the whole pill come back up with your vomit, I wouldn't take another one. If the whole pill does come up, then I would. But, the key is to try and not vomit. (ie...try taking it at night right before bed). Good luck and congrats!!!

I could only take mine in the morning right before eating a heavy breakfast- usually a buttered bagel or an omlette with toast.

I tried taking it before bed but that made me sicker

If I ever did throw up right fater taking it- I took another one.

i take mine with dinner...(typically my largest meal of the day)....to avoid naseau from it.....but i've never had any issue with mine - Target brand.

i couldnt take it in the first tri - it made me sick , my Dr just told me to take flinstone vitamins until I could handle the prenatals.
