My Porter has Colitis. He has had it for a year now and we changed his food to Merrick's because we were feeding him Pedigree and once we changed his food i noticed a big difference in his coat and behavior, all except his stool. We have to mix prescription food from the Vet with his food. He gets 1/2 cup W/D dry food in addition to the regular Merrick's. We are spending approx $90 a month in dog food. I want to get him off the Merrick's now because it is not helping his colitis. Can anyone recommend a high fiber dog food? I am looking for pretty much a natural food. I don't want to go back to the pedigree or anything like that. TIA Chat Icon
