Really dizzy suddenly
I suddenly felt really light-headed and dizzy. It's pretty warm in my office so I thought walking outside would help, which it did... but now that I'm back in the office I still don't feel 100%. Does anyone else get some dizzy spells?

yes! All of a suden I wouldgo from fine to sweaty..clammy and super dizzy..sometimes even nauseas.....I found that sucking on a cough drop or losenge helped alot! Maybe it was the sugar
