Spinoff: Friends Who Complain
Does anyone have friends who are perpetual complainers?
Sometimes I avoid hanging out with the person because I just don't feel like hearing all their problems that they don't ever want to try to do anything about!

 That friend actually used to be me!
I used to complain ALL the time.
I seriously don't know how people were friends with me.
When I met DH he completely whipped me into shape! I am now proud to say I am a fully recovered complainer! 
But we do all have friends like this- I just try to change the subject when she gets going... and I listen to her as much as I can.

Oh yes. I have one particular friend who complains how tired she is approximately every 10 minutes when I hang out with her. Umm...yeah...I have a baby and you don't hear me complaining about being tired, so shush.

I had a friend like that but the friendship ended long after it should have. I tried so hard but her negativity just caused too much of a gap between us. The final straw was when I (my wedding) became the focus of her complaining. After all that I had put up with I just couldn't take it anymore.

Yes I have one friend at work who is constantly complaining about how fat she is(I mean 10x a day) then stuffs her face with chips, cookies, and pizza. I find it exausting.

I have one and I have been distancing myself. She complains about everything and she is a hypochondriac. I can't deal. And then when we go out, I hate myself the whole time for going.
