Godparents.. how did you ask?
DH and I have made our decision on who we plan on asking to be baby#2s Godparents. Wanted to know how you asked?
With my dd we asked my sis and bro but was so excitted I just asked on Easter, and didnt do anything special.

With my DS, we took them out to dinner and asked while I was still pg ...This time around, we are having the baby next week and still havent asked yet  ( we are still slightly undecided )

We have made our decision too and want to ask..but don't want it to seem 'silly'...and too early...
Last pregnancy I was half way through when I asked. This pregnancy Im due feb. 15 and still havent asked. But I had to speak with my brother about asking his G/F to be Godmother first thats why I didnt ask. We got the okay on christmas, so now I want to ask.. but thinking maybe to Ill wait until baby is born since its soo close.

With my best friend/godmother, we bought flowers and candy and asked on her birthday...
my BIL/godfather we just asked...
We asked both people in November and our DD will be born Feb 13th.

For DD, we just asked & we did it after she was born because there was drama surrounding who we would pick.
For this baby, my brother will be the godfather. I just went into his room the other day while I was visiting my parents (he's 16) & pointed to my belly & said "This is going to be your godson". He was pretty excited. My best friend is going to be the Godmother. I think she already knows that, but I'll probably officially ask her soon.

We bought a sonogram frame and put a sonogram insde and attached a card that said "will you be my Godparents?"
