cutest ideas you saw at a baby shower?
What are some things that you saw at a baby shower that you were like...WOW...that is so cute?

TLC1018 had a huge clothes line at her shower...it was hysterical...there were so many outfits on there. I Love that idea also

For my sil's shower, everyone is bringing a book instead of a card (attached to the gift) that will be signed for her baby's library.
At my sprinkle, I had the letters of my son's name attached to individual bags with prizes inside. So when people won the bingo game, there would be 7 prizes for each person.

At my BFF shower we did a clothes line, but we bought white onesies and fabric markers and had each guest make a personalized onesie to han on the line...That was a big hit and my BFF is still using the onesies ( we bought all sizes  )

My friends baby shower, they had a book were you would could write down advice or tips to the mommie to be. Also she had a cute little album her mom made her of pics of the future of mommie and daddie to be from when they were babies until present .. in a storie book type..
eta: my sister did the clothing line for me.. it was soo cute.. and long.. It had from newborn size to 4T.. I LOVED IT!

I have seen them done a few different ways, either the clothing line w/ clothes pins and everyone brings an outfit to hang ( well anyone who wants to) and it usually hangs behind the mom to be while she opens presents...I've also seen all the holidays ( my 1st Easter, Halloween, Christmas etc...) and the onesies w/ the fabric markers decorated that I mentioned...Its really cute !

Baby Shower Clothes Line Gift - Buy a bunch of clothes (onesies, bibs, sleepers, caps, booties, receiving blanket, washcloths, lap pads, even small items like binkies if they are in a cardboard holder) and pin them with clothes pins to a clothes line. Buy a large hat box (easy to find and cheap at Marshall's or Ross Clothing). Lay out the clothes line in the hat box going around and around. When it comes time to open the baby shower gifts, have someone (can be mommy-to-be) pull the string and walk across the room so all the gift items are hanging.

diaper cakes and i threw a baby shower this past july and i purchased baby bottles at the 99cent store for all the ladies that were attending, bought extra nipples and made really big holes for them, stuck straws in them and thats how we drank our drinks, it was sooo cute. some girls didnt use the straws and drank like babies out of the bottles

I've done the clothesline as a gift for a few people, everyone always loves it and asks me where I bought all the stuff (all over lol....but I particularly love sassyonesies.com, even though they're a little pricey)
also, for my friends shower (and I'd like this done at mine too!!)....her mom sent a card in the shower invitation for a "diaper raffle"....anyone who brought a pack of diapers would be entered in a raffle at the shower for a gift basket (or whatever prize you'd want to do).....she got TONS of diapers!! in fact I talked to her tonight, her DD is 4 mths old and she hasn't bought any diapers yet!!!!

For my shower my sister did a clothing line which was adorable.....
My favorite part was that guests were asked to bring their favorite children's book instead of a card and write somethign on teh inside cover. I think we got over 40 books with no repeats and now our  already has a little library!!!

It was actually really easy! My sister made one for me and I returned the favor by making one for her It's a foam ball with lollipop sticks hot glued into it, then you roll up all sorts of baby clothes and what not and rubber band them to the ball.
