Well I have at least narrowed it down to these 3.
There were 2 things that I really wanted in a stroller, but having a difficult time finding - full recline and reversible handle or seat.

I think the Pliko Switch would be great for me, but it's not in stores yet. Has anyone seen this in person or used it? What do you think?
If I can't get those 2 features then I'm considering the Pliko 3 after reading such rave reviews. I know it doesn't have the reversible handle, but I've only read positive things. The other carriage I'm considering is the Chicco Cortina in Cubes. It just seems like a practical carriage that also has a nice appearance. Haven't read too much about it, but it gets decent enough reviews. It is a bit heavier than the Pliko, but has an easy fold and is a fraction of the cost.
If anyone has any feedback on any of these carriages, I would greatly appreciate it.
