General Rant
If one more person tells me not to "think" about being pregnant and just go about my business as usual, I am going to flip the eff out...
How am I NOT supposed to think about being pregnant? I am due on Tuesday and am soooooooooo uncomfortable. I can't sleep, everything except for my arms are in pain, I have about 5 bowel movements per day (sorry...tmi...) and with no exaggeration, I must pee about 20-25 times a day...
I tried doing the dishes last night and had to stand a foot and a half away from the sink because of my belly!!!
People are constantly asking me how I feel and when I answer honestly--"very uncomfortable..." I get the whole "don't even think about it" response...
Ugh. Rant over...

awww! hopefully you will go sooner then later! I know what you mean..I am on bedrest and if I call the Dr.'s office the nurse always says your bladder bothers you because your thinking about it...well thank you captain obvious..w.hat pretell do you suggest I think of while sitting in bed all day...especialy now that i am back on full bedrest.....its all I can think about because ti makes me get up every 30-40 min to pee LOL.....then my favorite...i askd her do you have kids....and shes says..."well no , but i've seen a ton of pregnant ladies working here".......enough said!

Ignore them.. I guess its an easy response b/c they dont know how else to help, so they feel saying that makes a difference.

I swear to god, people are such morons!!
I can understand saying, try to relax and take it easy... but to try to forget about being pregnant?! Seriously, what the hell are these people smoking?
