3 months off the pill, 2 months trying.
How old are you? my doctor said if over 35, see him after 6 months, if under 35, give it a year.

It took me 4 years to get pg after 1 IVF, 2 FET (frozen embyro transfers.) We started trying at 33. I'd say if you are in your 30s, I would see a Reproductive Endocrinologist (RE) now.

This time it took me 2 months to conceive but with my first child it took 2 years. Hang in there! It can be a long process but it's so worth it. Last time, just when we were ready to give up, VIOLA, pregnant!
Usually a specialist won't see you until after you have been trying a year. Then they'll want to know everything you have been doing: temping, charting, ovulation predictor kits, etc.

If I were you I'd see the Dr. now. Some Dr.'s are aggressive and will treat you w/fertility drugs (if you needed them or wanted) even though you haven't waited very long TTC.

I had to go through IVF to get preg.
It took a total of 13 months to conceive since we started trying.

I don't think that matters much. Why not go to the Dr. now? If your periods are regular he may even offer to monitor you (like doing sonos around CD14 to see the follicles and make sure they release, etc)

With DS we got pg on the 3rd cycle and with this pg, I got a BFP on the 4th cycle.

I'm not really sure (which I know sounds odd)
For 2 months we were unprotected but just going with the whatever happens, happens mindframe.
Then on month 3 we decided to actively try (which after being on this site wasn't really that active). i tracked when I'd O by using mymonthlycycles and we bd'd around ovulation. We got pregnant that month!
Some will say we got preggo our 1st month trying while others say it took 3 months
