eta: besides, i couldn't explain it, even if i tried. all i know is, you take chances, choose suitcases, and try to win as much money as you possibly can!!

basically howie mandel announces the name of a person and that person is told to pick a suitcase. the suitcase has a sum of $ in it from $1 to $ 1 million and then the person is asked to remove 6, then 2 (for a few of them), then 1 suitcase at a time. They reveal the amount in each selected suitcase. The obejct is to pick the lower dollar amount suitcases so that the banker will call in an offer of a higher amount of $. They use mathmatecal formulas to determine the amount to offer you based on a statistical probablity of the amount of money you have in your suitcase or in the remaining suitcases. You can say deal and take the money offered or no deal and press on in hopes to get more $.
