I want to get my hair straighted....

I have semi-curly hair that I basically put into a pony tail everyday because it's so unmanageable. If I leave it down it eventually gets frizzy & is just too much

My mom has bought me every straightening contraption there is but I can never get it "salon straight"......I guess I'm just a spaz with a blow dryer or straightening iron !

I really LOVE how it looks straight so I think I'm finally going to get it permanently straightened !!!



So what would you recommend ? How long does it last ? Any info you have would be greatly appreciated !!!! I have no idea where to start.

I highly recommend Tracey at Top Point in flushing

my hair is awesome- it dries straight and she charges $200-$240 depending on lenght

I have been all over- from high end salons to mid range salons and nothing compares to Tracey!

and she is the cheapest!

Def do JHS. Do not do Brazillian HS. It has formaldahyde and that is very bad for you.

I can recommend two places. Top Point( Tracey) or JJ"s Hair Salon(only 150.00, but they try to get you to purchase other things, a la carte you.. I just said " no thanks".

Before JHS my hair was so dry and I had kinky curls. Now my hair is shiny, pin straight and healthy looking. Love it. Don't even have to blow it out. Just wash and go.
